JKR co-founder and Senior Partner Kevin Baumann serves as the agency’s CEO, providing leadership for all aspects of the agency’s business and managing its overall resources.

After earning both a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Finance, Baumann went on to hold a number of executive-level positions with some of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers, including Ford, Subaru and Nissan/Infiniti.

Baumann also possesses retail dealership experience, having been COO of a high-volume mega-dealer in the Washington, D.C. area; and CEO for multiple automotive finance companies.

As someone with a passion for all things wine related, Baumann recently expanded his knowledge base, passing a challenging exam and achieving Sommelier status.
